However, we recognize that things can go wrong in spite of our best efforts to serve you well. Hurricanes and snowstorms, for instance, do happen. Should there be any problems with your jewelry, here are some suggestions :

Check Jewelry Immediately Upon Delivery
Please check the jewelry thoroughly upon delivery, before signing the carrier’s delivery order. If the items were damaged during shipping, simply make a claim with the carrier company. The carrier will handle your refund.

Returning Jewelry Which Is In Good Condition
If, for some reason, you wish to get a replacement for jewelry which is in good, marketable condition (nothing damaged, no missing parts), please e-mail us at sales@silver-butterfly-jewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, providing your reasons for wanting to exchange the jewelry.

Returning Defective Jewelry
It is extremely unlikely that you will receive defective jewelry from Silver Butterfly Jewelry. To reiterate, all Silver Butterfly Jewelry is handmade, so no two pieces are alike. Jewelry delivered may differ slightly from pictures shown on our website. Natural materials used, such as butterfly wings and gemstones, are never identical. Every piece is truly unique. You’ll never see anyone wearing the exact same creation. That’s the beauty of owning handmade jewelry from Silver Butterfly Jewelry.

In any case, if you still wish to have the jewelry replaced, you may e-mail us with your reasons at sales@silver-butterfly-jewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Returning One-of-a-Kind Jewelry
Occasionally, Silver Butterfly Jewelry may offer one-of-a-kind jewelry creations, which are much more elaborate than the usual and will not be duplicated. Such jewelry cannot be replaced with a similar design as only one sample will ever be made. Hence, replacements in such cases will not be possible.

Return Authorization
Each request will be assessed on a case-to-case basis. If you have valid reasons for wanting to replace the jewelry, we will certainly facilitate a one-to-one exchange.

Before returning any jewelry, be sure to obtain a return authorization note from us. This is essential if you wish to have a replacement. You will need to quote this reference when making returns. All jewelry returned MUST be in original and unused condition with original packaging and shipping documents. A restocking fee may apply. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Returns should reach us within 14 days of our issuing a return authorization document. Any claims thereafter will be viewed as invalid.

Use Insured Courier or Registered Mail
Please make any returns via registered mail or insured courier, and be sure to keep the receipt. Silver Butterfly Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any jewelry damaged or lost in transit. Replacements cannot be made if we do not receive the jewelry in good condition.
