Shipping time is approximately 7 to 21 days depending in destination via Registered Air Parcel or SpeedPost Worldwide Air Parcel to most parts of the world.

Should the item you order be out of stock, please allow an additional 4-6 weeks for back orders to be fulfilled. Some of the materials we use are very rare (eg. butterfly / moth wings) so if we cannot craft a similar item for you within this period, we will contact you to let you know.

Please note that it takes several painstaking processes to produce our sterling silver jewelry with butterfly or moth wings, so these may require some time to produce.
